We just found out its a boy!

The day after we found out about Bean's gender we headed to Austin for Amy's wedding shower. Bean's aunts and Austin friends stopped for a picture.

Week 18

ITS A BOY!!!! We are so excited. It is kind of funny to know now. The baby is doing well. There was a small scare when the doctor was doing the measurements. She thought I was due on July 4 instead of July 14, so she thought she was dealing with a baby two weeks too small. Once she figured out the correct due date, she said everything was perfect.

I have also felt him moving around since last Friday. That makes me the most excited. Now I can really tell he is in there!

I have gained 9 pounds total so far and I am really showing. No more normal clothes for me! The only downside, my back is starting to ache. Who knew I was such a wimp?

Week 17

Oops, I forgot to blog on week 16! Nothing too exciting going on until February 10th. On the 10th, Bean's true identity will be revealed. In the meantime, I have made my weekly trek to the maternity store to find something to wear to get me through the week. Today, I bought two pairs of shorts (and some other stuff) and I really wish we could wear shorts to work! They are very comfy. My tummy has expanded two inches in the last 4 weeks, and I have gained somewhere around 8 pounds total. All that will be made official this Friday.

On another note, we head to Austin for a wedding shower for Amy and Kevin this weekend. The big day is getting closer and closer. Can't wait for Mexico.
