STOP THE PRESSES!

Everyone freeze! Earth shattering news- Momma actually had to wake me up this morning at 7 a.m. That is a first. I normally like to wake Momma up at the crack of dawn with my ear piercing yells. But not today. I was a snoozing machine!

Here is another pic of me from the Beaumont trip last weekend. I borrowed Hannah's float. I liked it better than mine. I also liked her heated pool. Momma and the others could hardly get me away from the warm water spout in the background. I did take a second to pose for this darling pic. Thanks Farrell for sending it to my Momma.

I am not sure what mustaches have to do with Burger King but the most recent creepy Burger King commercial directs your attention to www.petmustache.com. Momma could not help herself. No doubt this will wind up in some therapists office one day!

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY

Happy 1st Father's Day Daddy! I had a great time hanging out with you, eating lunch and hanging out at Bass Pro Shop. I hope you liked your bathing suit, shirt and cuff links. I thought they all looked very GQ!
Happy 1st Father's Day as a grandpa, Buddy! I hope you enjoyed cleaning the floor after I threw all my food on it! And Happy Father's Day Pappy. I can't wait to see you soon!

Space Invaders

We went to Beaumont on Saturday to see the Henry Family. They have lots of fun toys and a great, warm pool. Momma put me in this silly suit to see if it would help me swim on the cruise in August. To no one's surprise, it did not really work. I think I need to be bigger. Keegan's suit on the other hand is useful. It keeps him from getting sun burned.

A Few More from the Beach

These pics were in my Aunt Marsha's camera and they were too good to pass up. My Uncle Pac-Man and everyone else at the beach helped make me my own hot tub and sand kingdom built around it. It was awesome. Momma suggested I use the paci so that I did not eat/drink the hot tub.
I like this hot tub thing. Hit me with some more water people.

Don't knock sandy ice until you have tried it. It is the perfect balance of cold and salty!

11 Months Old

Wow. Today I am 11 months old. I have a new mantra- Moving, Moving, Moving. I can't stand to sit still. The world doesn't stop spinning so I won't stop moving. That's my promise. I have the start of two new teeth coming in and I have developed a special love for turkey dogs-I cannot get enough. I ate a banana whole and I love buttered toast for breakfast. I also have developed a demanding way of communicating that involves lots of pointing and grunting. Sometimes I think Momma might get a little tired of my grunting (so I do it more, ha). I have been sleeping a little better but I sure like to get up at 5am. There is nothing like the absolute crack of dawn to make a baby happy. My folks don't seem to appreciate dawn like I do, but I am working on them. I LOVE to play outside with all of my neighbors. They have lots of fun toys and they do lots of funny big kid things, like driving their many motorized cars. I can't wait to have one of those. I have been getting better at my trips to the big swimming pool and I love to swim in my personal private pool at Mimi and Buddys. I am not saying too many things but I still do my signs for fish and dog. I also have developed a special screech just for Buddy. If he leaves the room, or heaven forbid, the house I will screech until he returns. I love Buddy. I am looking forward to my first birthday next month. Momma says only family this time around. I think she is scared no one will like her cake. See you soon. Happy summer. Stay cool.

My Favorite Downstairs Toy

While I love my clubhouse filled with all my bouncy balls- it is an upstairs treat. This new fancy chair, given to me by my pals Mason and Carson is my new favorite downstairs toy. This chair is fun. It plays songs, sings ABC's and shows me all the colors the lamp will turn. Plus it has such a pretty face.
I like to double fist in my new chair. I did not learn this from my Daddy.
What? You don't sit in your chair like this? If you sat the other way, how could you get out of the chair? Silly grownups.

Momma's Little Man

This is my passport picture. Don't I look like I am at least 3? Hilarious. I am going on a cruise in August and I have to have a passport for the trip. Because you need a passport to cross the street these days the backlog is huge. I hope my passport comes before the ship leaves. Don't get me started on how long it takes to get a passport. I was one super cranky baby during that process.
