Yesterday was St. Patrick's Day and Mommy's 31st Bday. We celebrated by wearing green and having a little family birthday party. I (with the help of Michael Patrick and Mimi) made Mommy a heart cake with hearts on it. I gave her a candle and bubble bath and Daddy gave her some fancy boots. I can't keep secrets so Daddy told me that he was going to give her bean bags. I still am wondering where the bean bags are. Mommy enjoyed having all of the family over, the yummy food, the one day of desserts she gets until Lent is over, and the presents. It was a great day!

Another One for the Record
Mommy: Luke take 2 more bites of your lasagna.
Luke: Mommy, is this lasagna in the highest?
Mommy: Yes Luke. Lasagna in the highest. Just like Hosanna in the Highest at Church. You are right!

Houston Livestock Show
Davis and I decided to dress alike for our trip to the Houston Livestock Show with mommy, Conner's family and William's family. I decided to take Speedy for a ride before we went.

It's not all rosy...
Most of the time, this blog highlights the finer moments of Davis' and my life. However, yesterday was so far towards the other extreme that Mom thought I needed to explain myself. So here goes. Don't hold this behavior against me because I promised I would not be so bad again (for a long time).
Let me start by telling you that I am totally 100% paci free now. The Paci Fairy came and took my pacis and left me some candy and toys. Life without my pacis has been pretty rough. I have had some major meltdowns since those mood soothers left the house. Yesterday was no different. I wanted my paci in the wee hours of morning and there was no paci to be had. Then, Mom made me chocolate milk and had the audacity to shake it up. I DID NOT WANT MY MILK SHOOOOOOOOK UP. Once my idiot Mother left for work I decided to make Mimi pay for the loss of my pacis despite the fact that Mimi brought me hot chocoloate and gifts from the paci fairy from her house. I threw a huge fit because Mimi did not let me feed a small toy to my brother. I then hit Mimi in the face when she tried to remove the small toy from my clenched fists. She put me in my room to calm down and that is when things got really ugly. I took of my britches and my undies and I went #1 and #2 on the floor of my bedroom. That will show them. (Mom says- Oh no it won't). So then I got in trouble for acting like a dog and I had to go take my nap. Early.
Mimi wanted to get out of the house though so she took us on an adventure into Houston. I was good for a while. Then I hit Davis with a toy hammer. Refused to eat my dinner. Screamed at Mommy. Body slammed Davis. Refused to listen to Daddy. Begged for candy (AS IF). Finally I declared I was ready to go to sleep. Music to Mom and Dad's ears. But beware parents because I was up to no good.
At 3:50 a.m. I woke up screaming for a paci, chocolate milk, breakfast, kids shows, the works. I was thrashing around Mom and Dad's room like a wild banchee. Dad had to put on protective glasses to keep his fresh from Lasik eyes safe from my wrath. Then, you guessed it, I woke up my brother. Luckily, Dad got him back down so that I could continue to inflict torture on my parents. I refused to sleep. Cried out for pacis. Kicked Mom in the face while she was sleeping and begged to know why the alarm was on. And blinking.
After Mom had her shower I tried to be helpful and I picked out some clothes for myself. As she was starting to change me I turned into a raving lunatic and wouldn't get dressed, sit down, stand up or do anything other than scream at the top of my lungs. Mom had finally had it. She put me buck naked out on the back porch. It was 51 degrees outside. I peed on the sidewalk, collected my thoughts and came back inside. Since then, I've been playing by the rules. Mom is praying that I will be good at school (and when I get back home). I am praying that it warms up outside so that at if she puts me out again I won't be so cold.
