Calling all comments

I know you guys are reading our blog and checking out our pictures....but I want to see comments. Its a blog. It is supposed to be interactive. I want it to be as fun for me as it is for you! I mean really, Matt is wearing spandex on the internet. If we don't see comments soon we will stop posting Byman info and start making stuff up!

Buzz Be Gone

When I got home from work last night, all but about 150 bees had evacuated our poor little magnolia tree. While most people were happy that the bees were gone, they were disappointed they did not get to see them up close and personal. There was a small audience gathered at the house around dinner time to try and sneak a peak.

The bug man will be at our house tomorrow to make sure they have not nested inside and to spray for all other bugs. My skin is crawling just thinking about it.

Byman Buzz...

Our new roommates- there are thousands of them.

Welcome Home!

The MS 150

Austin Bound!

After waking up at 3:45 to make the trek- Matt is more than ready for the start- he gets a sendoff from me and Bean

Farrell and I were part of the party for a few minutes until we had to head to Bellville for our Volunteer duty- we were jealous we could not ride, but had a great time anyway. Next year we will ride and the guys can SAG.

The drop off at Rhodes stadium-don't they look ready to ride?

The end of day one in LaGrange- 1:15'ish.

Crosssing the finish line in Austin. Matt is on the far right.

The finish line in Austin- 12:13 Sunday! He hardly broke a sweat.

The finish line with the Team Hoovers rep!

Iron (wo)Man

So, my first less than perfect test results came back yesterday. Apparently, your iron levels are supposed to be at 35 and I had a 34.1 (really, now). So, now I take an iron pill too. You would think the levels would have been too high based on my spinach intake, but I did not have any spinach all weekend- I think that was the problem. Not a big deal, just wanted to give an update.

2 more days until Matt rides- thanks to everyone who has sent an MS donation. I think he has surpassed his goal!

Week 27

I survived the glucose test's sweet orange soda this morning- should have test results shortly. My doctor's appointment went very well- no extra sugars, no extra proteins, normal blood pressure, normal weight, and baby's heart rate was regular (not as fast as it has been lately). Found out where the head and the backbone are in relation to my stomach. Now I can try to figure out what all these kicks and punches are.

On another note, 5 days until Matt's big bike ride- think about him and the hills between here and Austin next Saturday and Sunday.

Easter and Spring Projects in Marshall

Mom, Dad and the hint of Luke on Easter 2006.

No easter egg hunting for these ladies! For the record, Marsha had her tall shoes on!

Aunt Marsha helps Taylor make his blog debut.

Taylor checks out the status of the ducks that are anxiously awaiting the arrival of the Divver/Montgomery-s. check out the barge in the background. The Bymans have started a new dock trend out at Shadowood.

We went to Marshall for Easter. Matt had a list of projects to accomplish. Before any work could be done, Matt had to try out the fishing from the new dock. He was very impressed.

Finished Product (almost)!

More stripes and bedding.

Check out Matt's masterpiece (and Luke's puppy chair). Diaper bag provided by Mimi. We still need shades and a table (and, and, and), but we made serious progress.

Forward Progress

We finished painting and put the bed together tonight. Now the excitement sets in! Puppy pictures by Uncle Kevin coming soon!

Jackson is trying to make the first move before Bean and baby Pollard enter the scene...This was before Jackson decided that younger women get too much attention and that he needed to show off his maturity!

Fredo Returns Stateside

Fredo makes true on his promise to "go higher".

I finally met Marcus.

He looks just like Erin. This is a rare moment of stillness for the little guy. I could hardly get another picture of him for as fast as he was moving!
