Sue Sue, watch out- you are in that camel's mouth. I have heard horrible things about camels.
I went to the zoo today for the first time. Sue Sue, Mimi, Veronica, Michael Patrick, Momma and Daddy went with me. It was a lot of fun, and a beautiful day. 
Here is a picture of the new elephant baby. He was born in October. The weighed him and he is already 500 lbs. We got to see him run to get some food. It was cool. The big ellie with him is his aunt. I noticed that these ellie's are much bigger than my red ellie. 
This is a spectacled bear. It is the only kind of bear at the Houston Zoo now. When Momma was little there was a polar bear too. I wonder where that polar bear is now?
Here is a picture of one of the two new baby giraffes. One is older than me, the other is a month younger than me. Both are much taller than me. But, I learned today that each baby giraffe has the same number of neck bones that I do. 
Wow Sue Sue, is that really a warthog? Those things are nasty? It looks nothing like that cute little guy on the Lion King.
Veronica and Michael Patrick were clowining around in the children's zoo. Daddy's company built a lot of the exhibits at the zoo. We pointed them all out to Mimi because she has not been to the zoo in a long time. 
Momma is hiding in that bugs face.
These were the fattest geese momma and daddy had ever seen. They had bigger feet than momma. The one on the right could hardly swim, it was so big. Kind of gross when you think about it.
Momma thought Tia took me upstairs to help me take a nap, but NOOOO, Tia secretly changed me into this snazzy TU onesie hoping I could bring the Horns some luck. What she did not know, was that momma had some 12th Man towels for me to wave to overcome this bad mojo. Thanks to Daniel Orlaska for this TU onesie too.
I woke up ready for the A&M/TU game this morning. Thanks to Daniel Orlaska for my pre-game attire. 
Momma and Daddy, total 2%'ers, were decked out and ready to watch the game too. 
Who put this hat on me? I think it is going to have to wait for next year's game. 
I know, I know...my parents are dorks. Somehow, Giant Rev survived the wrath of many Longhorn fans that live on our street. For the record, Giant Rev was purchased by the Williams family and left on mom and dad's doorstep 3 years ago. Mom thought it was Winnie the Pooh at first. Such a 2%er.
In my first week as a 4 month old, I was busy. We had a hayride and I went to Austin with Mimi and Momma to see Tia. Momma had a bankruptcy conference (yawn) so Mimi and I hung out with Tia. It was a lot of fun. I also met Momma's friend Orlaska- in my sleep. He gave me a camo outfit. It was a peace offering to Daddy because he also gave me a UT jumpsuit that I wore on my visit tothe state capitol. I came home on Friday to hang out with Daddy while Momma went on to her bankruptcy retreat in Bastrop. She had fun, but she missed us. She rushed home on Sunday morning to catch up.
I cannot wait until I am big enough to go on the hayride. It looked like so much fun. In fact, I think the big kids get to do it again for Christmas. Lucky.
Angus, Dad and I went to the offroad and motorcycle show this morning. I loved all of the exhibits and I think Daddy needs to do some modifications to our truck to make it as cool as this one.
They even had stuntmen that rode their motorcycles in this cage. It looked cool but Dad wouldn't let me watch because it was too loud.
My "peeps" helped me play in my Exersaucer tonight. It was awesome. Then Dad helped me post this picture. I asked him to post the really cool video of me playing but he stinks at posting videos. I will try to post it tomorrow once Mommy has time to help. Later...
Yay- more new babies have arrived. We cannot wait to meet them. Erin and Colm had third baby Brendan on October 24, 2006. Jenny and Justin welcomed second baby Josh on November 6, 2006. So exciting.
THIS JUST IN--- Baby Kubesch, aka Conner Joseph, was born this morning, right about the time I posted the original message. We are so happy to hear that he and his mom are doing well, despite his early arrival. We cannot wait to see pictures of the little guy- they should be up on the Kubesch blog soon.
Luke went for his 4 month appointment today (3 days early). Although he had to wait forever, he had a great check up. He is 16lbs, 5 ounces. He is 25 1/2 inches long. So he is 80% for weight and 70% for height (Davison genes are starting to appear). His head is 55% (thank goodness). He got 4 shots and an oral vaccine.
Luke's mom almost fainted because when the doctor saw how heavy Luke was, he said, "Wow, 16 pounds he must be sleeping like 10 hours a night." Silence was then followed by hysterical mom laughter. 10 hours, try 10 minutes (well, really 6 hours). So, Luke is going to get a more powerful medicine to combat the acid in his tummy. We are moving from Zantac to Prevacid. Pray for improvement.
Mom is headed to do some serious retail damage at the Nutcracker Market preview party tonight. Pray for Dad's acceptance of the credit card bill.

Look at me Hochmuths. I have my doggy hat on. It fits much better now. Momma makes me wear it out in the cold. It makes Mimi happy too. She worries about my little ears.
I got tee-tee on mom and dad's sheets so Mimi washed them. It was all my plan to get to sleep on Momma and Daddy's bed without any loose fitting bedding.
