Ridin' for a Cure (Day 1)
At home before the ride to the start in Katy. I was still asleep when Momma and Daddy left (amazing). They did not have their team jersey yet, that is why they look like slackers!
Here I am waiting for Momma and Daddy in LaGrange. Dig my jersey?
There is Daddy on the right, finishing up in La Grange.
Here are Momma and Farrell finishing up in La Grange.
All done in La Grange. Off to the hour long shower lines and the Economy Inn in Giddings!

9 Month Stats
I went to the doctor on Friday. No Shots! A little heel prick to check out my blood. I am now 21 lbs, 11 ozs. I am 29.25 inches. 65% weight/80% height and head. My mobility is good. My ears, nose and thumper are all good. I'll keep powerin' on and see Dr. Injac on my first birthday!

Teefs!
This is a good picture of my pearly whites. I have had the two on the bottom for a long time now but the two on top are finally coming in. You can also see the vast array of food that I eat- string cheese, turkey dog, peas, cheerios and ice water. A culinary delight.

Coolest Thing
We went swimming at the coolest place- an indoor pool. It is at the rec center in Angleton, just a few miles from our house. We took my cousins there. It has a baby area with shallow beach, water spouts, a small slide and play area. It has a fast moving lazy river with a cyclone in the middle. It has a big waterslide, a lap pool and a hot tub. There is something for everyone here.
Look at Ashley going down the big slide. Momma went down this slide too. She said big kids go even faster than the little kids. Something about extra weight, I don't know.
Here is a look at the lazy river and hot tub. The baby area is in the background. Isn't it cool? This place has it all and only cost $14 for everyone to go. What a steal.

Kid's Museum

My Momma is behind on the blogging. Like she is busy or something. These are pics from when my cousins were still here last week. We went to the children's museum. There was fun for everyone, even me. I loved this game on the wall, the bean bags and the mirrors.

Blogging For A Cure (Part 2)
Matt posted this about two months ago, but as the big day is quickly approaching, I wanted to post it again. We know we have a lot of readers out there and we know you all want to make the world a better place for the little ones like Luke so please consider donating to this fantastic cause. We also wanted to give a special shout out to those of you who have donated already (formal thanks to follow): Jane, Kelly, Courtney, Julia, Amy, Audra/Tim, Matt Reed, and Lindsay. Thanks so much!
On April 21st and 22nd, Allison and I are participating in the MS150 fundraising bicycle ride benefitting the National MS Society Lone Star Chapter. This ride will begin in Houston and will end in downtown Austin. We both participated in the event last year, but this will be Allison's first year as a rider instead of a support volunteer (they don't let pregnant women ride bikes). Last year 13,000 riders raised more than $11 million dollars to help 17,000 Texans living with MS. My fundraising goal last year of $1,000 was quickly met and through the generosity of my friends and family, and I raised almost $2,000. My experience last year was more rewarding than I ever could have imagined. I trained weekly with some of my closest friends and I also carried with me on the ride a list of names of the people that had pledged their support. Knowing that so many people were supporting me was amazing. I had planned to sleep in the truck on the way back from Austin but I spent the entire time pointing out to Allison memorable events from the ride or landmarks that I had never taken the time to notice when driving before. I never realized how many hills there are between Houston and Austin! Allison and I began training for this year's event last weekend with a 43 mile ride in 40 degree temperatures. We will log more than 1,000 miles on our bikes in preparation for this year's event. We are looking forward to this year's ride and are again participating with our good friends Angus and Farrell Pollard (see their blog in our links on the right). Mimi will be our support driver this year making sure that Luke keeps up with us along the way. This year we will begin our fundraising efforts through the blog since this is where we communicate with you the most. There are links below to both of our personal fundraising websites where you can donate using a credit card, or checks made payable to the National MS Society can be mailed to us at home. Any donations are greatly appreciated and we will post regular updates of our fundraising and training milestones.

P.S. - We are hoping to at least match Matt's donations from last year and we are not there yet! Please help out with this great cause!

Couldn't Resist Pics
This is Tia's dog Zeus. Enough said.
Lemme outta here. NOW.
Where to start? Brittany went to the children's museum and painted her face to look like Capt. Jack Sparrow. Then she wanted to play soccer with our neighbor. Then she added on her cowgirl hat, well, because she is a cowgirl. The final effect? Rodeo Clown?
This is Pac Man's sister Adrien and her new beau, Andrew. This picture is the beginning of their Easter Peep war. Mimi taught them this silly game. You get some Peeps. Put a toothpick in each one and put them in the microwave. The first Peep to stab the other wins. Adrien was great at this game!
I love my feet. Daddy swears I wore shoes to the museum, but I shed them pretty quick.
My cousin Ashley sure is silly. Babbling By Byman at 8:02 PM 0 comments
Happy Birthday Aunties!
We had a birthday party for Aunt Michele and Aunt Marsha. Daddy and my cousins arranged the whole thing. There were presents, balloons, leis, noise makers, pointy hats and there was even an ice cream cake. I think it was a great party.
I got lei'd at the party.
Talk about a wild party. Aunt Marsha's friend Jaci brought the twins to the party too. A great time was had by all. Jackson and Presley are mobile now and very social!

Let the Wild Rumpus Begin!
We had Easter at my Mimi's house. Everyone said the food was yummy. I slept through lunch but I woke up just in time for the Easter Bunny pinata. Oh, how I wanted to get a piece of that thumper.
Momma was brave and took the job of blindfolding and spinning. She is lucky to still have her teeth.
Michael Patrick knocked the bunny's foot off, so Mimi tried it on for size!
Finally, thumper went down. Brittany is sporting the spoils!
Jackpot.

Happy Hop Hop!
Hey its my first Easter! I got lots of rubber duckies, a new beach towel, a book about quack quacks and some jelly beans. My cousin Brittany stole my jelly beans but that is ok, because Momma would not let me have them anyway.
Yes you are seeing clearly. I wore a plaid sport coat to church for Easter. I kind of liked it. Everyone else thought it was pretty cute too.
The happy family!
Me and my Pappy!
My cousins got Easter baskets too. The Easter Bunny knew they were in Texas and not Virgina. What a smart thumper!

Have you seen my cousins?
While I am waiting for my cousins to get here, I took time for a little light reading endorsed by Mimi.
Are my cousins in here? I don't see them, but I did clear this whole cabinet out.
My cousins are not in this basket either, or under it. Where are they?
p.s. Don't you love my navy socks?

Party Time
My buddy William had his first birthday last weekend. He had a BBQ party. It was great fun. I loved to play with all of his toys, new and old.
