Hiney Dance

We Byman boys are really silly lately. We have dance parties and I am very creative in my moves. Here are a few signature moves including the Hiney Dance, and the Karate Kick. Enjoy.

Give My Baby a Wedgie

So, for whatever reason, Davis loves to say "Give my baby a wedgie" repeatedly. He changes it up a bit now. Here is a snipit of his creativity, just for you Sue Sue.

The Davison Beach Vacay

We went to the beach for a week with Mimi, Buddy, Sue Sue, Tim, Tia, Pac Man, Nash, Michael, Veronica, Donna, TC, Mommy and Daddy. We stayed in a beach house and it had a pool. Mommy has no pictures from the beach, only from the pool and house. But we promise we did go to the beach. We dug for clams and shrimp, buried each other in sand, boogie boarded, and jumped waves. Great vacation.

Cowabunga Dudes. I just swam, by myself, across the pool three times.

Nash took a spin in the Bumbo. I think he liked it. Brother and I did too.

We took lots of showers and gooped our hair. Can you believe how long my hair is?

Sometimes, you have to act like a nut when you are on a family vacation.

This is a pet store??

We are dressed in our self selected pet store clothes. Can you dig it?

Lizard? Dragon? Lettuce eater, for sure.

Nana, don't look. This is a picture of a snake.
Scorpion. Bib nasty scorpion.

What, no sheep and goats at your pet store? Our pet store is cooler than yours!

Luke-47 months

Update to Come. Just feast on this silly picture.

This sums me up lately. I am a joker and a limit pusher. Normally, all my jokes and wrestling moves involve Davis. The wrestling can get ugly quick but we make up in the end. I say witty, funny things to mom and dad just to try to get a laugh. I'm normally successful. Or, I'm just plain silly. My vocabulary is crazy large so I end up saying things they didn't know I knew like "fool" or "ridiculous" or "obnoxious." I'm getting ready to turn 4 so I am talking about my birthday plans alot and wondering what changes in my world when I turn 4. Because the weather is still nice right now, I have been playing outside a lot and can't wait to start soccer again. Swimming is my activity this month and I'm devoting 110%. Daddy is helping me when I'm not in swim class. We make a good team. I can buckle my car seat and unbuckle it by myself most of the time. Mom says this is a big milestone. I can answer the phone at home now and have had full, long conversations with Mommy while she is heading home from work some nights. I've even relayed the messages to Daddy. I still have a huge crush on Kelsey that lives down the street from Mimi. I think we are going to get to hang out a lot this summer. That is A-OK with me. I'm happy to finish up my 3 year old class. I'm going for 4 days next year and my class will not just be the younger 4s it will be all 4s. Yipee. But I have about 100 days left to worry about that. Talk to you suckers on the flipside of my 4 year old birthday!

Luke.

Davis- 25 Months

Update to come! Patience.
Ok, here we are, a full month later and I am finally getting to update you on my 25 month. It was a doozy. I finished school and said good bye to two of the most awesome Younger 1 teachers you could imagine. I loved Ms. Sally and Ms. Marnie and I am pretty sure they loved me too! I have increased my attitude and disobedience to all time levels this month. I know what is best for me. I'm not sure why Mom and Dad can't get that through their heads. I am waking up and heading to their room a lot these days. Especially because I can walk right out of my bed into theirs. I like playing with Luke but am looking forward to some times without him this summer. I really like dancing and being silly and trying to make jokes. I also like wrestling with Daddy and Luke. I have a mean head butt and I'm known to bite (but only relatives). I have gone number one and number two in the potty but not with any consistency. I get M&Ms for one and matchbox cars for 2. You would think I would go more! I Love, Love, Love to play with Mommy's Ipod. She has it all updated with new games and apps. I love them all. Sometimes I even take her turn when she is playing scrabble with friends. Too bad I can't spell or read. Might make my turn a little more worthwhile. I can also delete things from the Ipod. Mom isn't sure if this is intentional or not, but I can do it! I'm a big fan of Root Beer lately too, but I call it my Diet Coke. Don't ruin the secret.
Hope you all are ready for summer.

Japanese Steakhouse Surprise

When Veronica graduated from 8th Grade last week we celebrated shogun style at the Japanese Steakhouse in Pearland. It was the first trip for Luke and I. We loved every minute of it except the minute where the chef lights the HUGE fire. We didn't like that so much. In fact, Luke hid under the table. But he was super cool otherwise. Luke almost caught brocolli in his mouth and as the chef put out the fire with that guy, the little guy "pee'd" on Luke. Everybody laughed, even Luke. Excuse my slightly dumb look, I just stepped in an ant bed and have 60+ bites on my feet. Poor me. The food and ice cream totally cheered me up.

Marshall for Memorial Day- Say that 3 times fast

I'm a lake monster and I found this super huge mussel.

What, you thought I wouldn't do it? Neither did Mommy but I did it. 1000 times.

While Davis can't go deep yet he had a great time hanging out along the beach digging for mussels, throwing frisbees and sticks.

Yep- I did the tube too. Behind the boat. Like a big kid. Yep, that was me.

What's a family trip without a cousin bath picture? I'm sure there will be more of these to come.

While we were in Marshall we went to Pappy's farm. It was the best. I played everywhere, including his earth mover that dug his bigger pond.

Davis got on the big machine too. We had a great time.

Pappy has a huge mountain of dirt. Nana let me bring my (soon to be shared with Ryan and Davis) 4 - wheeler so I could take on the hill. The hill won but I had a great time trying.

While we played, Aunts Michele and Marsha were busy working to pick blackberries for blackberry cobbler.

My cousin Brittany. She actually chose this outfit. Girls?

One reason we all headed up to Marshall was to give Nana a picture of all her grandchildren before Sammy moved back to Virginia. This was only the second pose and Davis was already giving up. Mommy was really tempted to order this pic as our family picture but Daddy is trying to get her to save money so she didn't. How funny would that have been though. A fam picture with Davis praying/eating grass?

A little between the picture entertainment.

An update to the picture we took while Davis was still cooking.

Another reasons we went to Marshall (other than the fun stuff and the picture and Nana and Pappy) was for a fun all girl shower for Aunt Michele. We didn't go but Mommy reported back. Little baby Mary Louise (set to arrive in September) got lots of super cute stuff, and it was almost all pink.

Daddy photo-bombed Ashley. How very Daddy.

Yo DJ pump this party

Lately when it rains on Saturday mornings or when Mimi and Buddy come over at night we have a little Byman Boy dance party. Daddy plays old rap songs from his iTunes account. Lady dj's after that. It is a family affair.

Bring on the boys

We had a play date a few weekends ago. The McCarty boys and Keegan came to play. Much fun. We all ate pizza under the playhouse. Good times. And the house and backyard surived all of these boys.
